To Change Status
Change status by selecting from Draft, Hidden, Pending, Live or Sticky. For most of you there is no difference between Draft, Hidden and Pending. When articles are marked with these status, they are not shown on the live website.
You can use these for your own internal organization. For example, your supervisor may need to review all items before being released. Perhaps you have two versions of an article you wrote and only one is ready for review. Mark one as draft and one as pending. Your supervisor can easily find the pending article by filtering them on the Articles tab. And you can keep working on your draft!
Live is live of course.
Some of you may use Sticky. If an article has special treatment, it might be marked as Sticky. If Sticky is applicable to your website, we will train you on how to use it Sticky appropriately.
