The Hawai’i CHW Association’s mission is to bridge the gap to health disparities by empowering Community Health Workers. A mission to offer CHWs the tools of support, education and collaboration, needed to affect their communities. Gum Design built their web presence that allows community of collaboration from job postings to calendar of events.
