Wanted to thank you again for all your help in getting our website launched recently. With the increased complexity of web site editors, it seemed more than a little daunting to build the shopping cart, incorporate blogs and video with email campaigns, integrate with social media platforms, and deal with site security. But with your guidance and timely technical assistance, I was relieved that the web site came together really quickly with a minimum of stress, and received some many positive comments. I always appreciate how accessible you are by phone and your ability to speak in non-technical language. It was great that you met us where we were in the process and deftly helped us across the finish line at a reasonable cost. And very reassuring to know you are there if we get stuck or inspired to do more in the future. After launching and operating two very different websites with you, can’t imagine using anyone other than GUM design. All the best in the future.
