Puna Rock retained Gum Design to custom build a fulfillment application that allows customers to easily pickup their order. Upon arrival at the fulfillment center the customer kiosk verifies their identity and loads their order into the fulfillment queue. The fulfillment crew assembles their order and loads it into their vehicle, collecting any payment due and marking the order as complete via an on-site mobile device. The application works through an API to call order information and output it to a custom application to automate the entire process.
